How do I order a sample?

We offer free samples of nearly all of our products. In order to get your free sample, you will need to provide us with your UPS or FedEx account numbers, or we will ship using USPS. Samples come in random imprints and colors shapes and features.

If the sample is not available in our US location, or you need it to be in a specific color, size or anything else, we will ship it directly from our warehouse overseas at the cost of the shipping and it will be reimbursed once you place an order.

We reserves the right to limit or refuse to send requested samples.
Please contact and a Customer Service Representative will assist you with your sample request.

Can I request a virtual sample?

We offer free virtual proofs at all time. Simply contact a customer service representative with your artwork, product and color information and any other related requirements. You a mockup will be emailed to you within 2-3 hours at no charge.

We may limit the number of free virtual proofs.

Ordering a pre production sample is easy. Simply contact a customer service representative with your request and we will process your order quickly and efficiently. Spec sample fee is usually $55-$85, and production time 5-6 business days. This fee is fully or partially refundable for standard items and imprint.

What kind of artwork do you accept?

The preferred art files are in source vector format: PDF, EPS and AI.

If you do not have the artwork in vector format, or have a question about the compatibility your artwork, please don’t hesitate to contact us with your inquiry and our dedicated art team will assist you in no time.

Can you create vector artwork?

Yes! Just send us an image or idea, and we'll vectorize it in 24-48hours. 

The service normally costs $25 or more. Based on the complexity of the artwork.

Once I placed an order - how soon can I expect delivery?

Estimated production time varies for each product and is mentioned in the website and catalogs. Also, we will send you a more accurate production time along with our price quotes.

Business days are the number of working days it takes us to fill your order. Production time begins 1 business day after the customer has approved the virtual proof, signed on the production invoice we’ve sent, and payment terms requirements has been met. Business days do not include :

Holidays and weekends

Non-standard imprints or packaging – If your order includes more than one imprint color or location, a specific PMS color, or a non standard packaging is required – the production times listed do not apply and will increase by 1-3 business days.

Large orders. Quantities higher 1000 will take longer to fill. Please inquire on turnaround times prior to placing your order.

*Please note that shipping and packaging are not included in production time
**If you have a FIRM in hands date – please give us a notice before we approve your order. Otherwise, we will not be liable for missing this date.

How can I get the shipping price and information? 

Standard transit time not including quality check, is 4 business days. In order to receive an accurate and updated freight quote, please contact a customer service representative.

Shipping & Taxes will be included in your shipping quote, unless imprint is of a famous brand which might increase the rate. In this case, we will not be liable for any taxes and duties that may apply. Non-standard packaging, multiple shipping locations and other factors may increase the shipping rate.

Can you ship billing to a 3rd party shipper number? 

Generally, we do not recommend and don't use third party shipping;.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following : Credit Card, Checks, bank transfers, Wire transfers, Zelle and ACH. We also accept net terms with the conditions it was pre approved by our finance department. 

Credit Cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. Orders above a certain amount will credit card processing fees. 

Checks must be mailed to the mailing address indicated in the invoice, or it will cause delays in production. Or; you may send us a photo copy of the check for online deposit.

Bank transfer and ACH information will be given upon request, and also can be found in the distributor area on this website.

Any delay with payment, such as a credit card error, checks being late etc will delay production time as well.

Can I return an order?

Returns: Due to the fact that products are customized to your specifications - all sales are final. In cases where there was an issue with production, delivery or other issue , a returns or exchanges must be pre-authorized. Please contact your account manager should you encounter any issue.

Disclaimer: We do our best efforts to make certain that product images we advertise appear as similar to the real product as possible. Due to the wide variation in color presentation among computer monitors and changing inventory, however, it is impossible to ensure that all customers will receive an accurate representation. For these reasons, we offer free samples to our customers. If you are uncertain about a specific product or color, please request a sample. If you'd like to ensure an EXACT result - order a pre production sample.

Some imprint methods such as heat transfer, CMYK fuill color and others will always have variations in color. These variations do not qualify for a return.

Changes and cancellations

Once you've confirmed the purchase order and virtual proof  – The order is final an cannot be cancelled or changed without our authorization. If you’d like to make a change in imprint, product color, delivery date or anything else, please contact your customer service representative immediately.

However, once production has started, it might not be possible to change. All orders are considered firm and final.
